1) Some of the behaviors I have used through out this course are organization, dedication, and punctuality. I have to stay organized in maintaining my blog, assignments, lectures, and readings throughout the week. The dedication comes in completing the weekly assignments according to all of their requirements. I have used my punctuality in submitting all of the assignments on time.
2) Earlier in the semester I was out of town with my family and felt like giving up on the assignment I had been working on so that I could go out and enjoy the town. That was when I realized that if I gave up on one assignment I'd be defeating the purpose of the entire class. The idea of being an entrepreneur in my eyes has encouraged me to take on these situations without allowing myself to give up. The lectures and books I have been reading have changed my mindset throughout this course and led me to persevere in all of these different assignments.
3) The first tip I would give a future student in fostering the skills that support tenacity would be to make an effort in learning about the habits famous entrepreneurs share. the next two tips would be to imagine yourself as a famous entrepreneurs with strict deadlines on projects. This will keep them on time with all assignments. Thirdly, I'd tell them that one of the most important things in the development of becoming an entrepreneur and in most entrepreneurs is never giving up.

Hey Rob,
ReplyDeleteI understand how you felt when you wanted to give up on your assignment but I appreciate you for not doing it. It tells me a lot about your character and how you will be as an entrepreneur. It also motivated me when you mentioned how not doing one assignment can defeat the purpose of the class. We should always try our best when dealing with every assignment.
Rob,
ReplyDeleteI think a lot of us can agree that we have all felt like giving up at some point. That is why I feel like it is how you react to these moments which defines you as a person. I can't agree anymore with you that is important to get yourself into habits. Make a schedule for yourself and be a machine.
